We offer a Free Packaging Service to assist with your shipping needs. At YY Express, we prioritize a smooth shipping experience and recommend that all items be packed securely by the shipper. Please note, our responsibility for loss or damage is outlined in detail on our service policy page.

Please securely pack fragile items for their protection during transit. Insufficiently packed items are not covered by our shipping insurance. We prioritize safe delivery and appreciate your cooperation.

Shipper Information

Addresses

Enabling the "Private Address" option allows shippers to maintain confidentiality of their own address. This function is specifically designed for shippers who prefer not to include their address on the shipping label. For instance, a home-based business may wish to keep their address private from customers. Instead of displaying the shipper's information, the shipping label will show "YY Express Service" as the origin, affiliated with a private address being the actual YY Express service center. However, within our system, the shipper's information will still be visible.

Residential address typically serves as a location where packages can be delivered and handed over to individuals, even after 5 PM, as it does not have a designated closing time.

Commercial addresses typically have a closing time after 5 PM, where no one is available to receive packages. We aim to deliver packages earlier in the day to accommodate this. Please be aware that an additional fee may be applied for deliveries to commercial addresses due to extra logistics involved.

If the pickup option is selected, the shipper's information input will also serve as the pickup address for the shipment.
